- An extra cleaning fee of €50 may be charged depending on the state of the apartment at check-out

- Payment of 50% at time of booking.
- At check-in, the remaining 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged, by debit or credit card or in cash, as well as a security deposit of €250 in cash, which will be returned at check-out if there are no occurrences.

- Cancellation policy: 100% refund within 30 days of entry date
