INTERNAL PROTOCOL OF ACTION


CUSTOMER INFORMATION

  1. The following information is available to all customers:
  1. How to sanitize your hands using the disinfectant dispensers available in common spaces and accommodation units.
  2. How to clean your hands with liquid soap in the sanitary facilities inside the units.
  3. Respiratory etiquette: cough or sneeze into the flexed forearm or use a tissue, which should then be immediately thrown away; always wash your hands after coughing or sneezing and after blowing; avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth with your hands;
  4. Social conduct: respect good rules for the use of public spaces, wearing a mask and maintaining social distance as defined in the health authorities guidelines.

 

THE ESTABLISHMENT HAS

  1. Disinfectant dispenser in the Hall of the building and in all apartments, duly accompanied by an instruction leaflet for use defined by health authorities.
  2. Waste container with non-manual opening and plastic bag.
  3. Whenever there is a suspected or confirmed case of COVID-19 infection, the customer must inform Season Apartments customer service and the warning procedures to competente authorities must be initiated.
  4. In the sanitary facilities liquid soap and paper towels are available.

 

INTERNAL CLEANING PROTOCOL BEFORE CHECK-IN AND MAINTENANCE

  1. The cleaning and disinfection of the unit includes all surfaces used by customers and where they circulate, namely light switches, handles and cabinet handles, ensuring control and prevention of infections before check-in.
  2. The cleaning team uses personal protective equipment in all procedures, guaranteeing their protection and that of customers.
